MubLoop is an awesome new and FREE tool for creating audio loops and clips. Sadly it is only currently available for Windows. The tool is described as:
MubLoop is a free Windows tool for creating seamless audio loops and clean clips from audio files, designed for game developers and audio producers.
Load a file, select a region, adjust the sliders, and export. If the source audio has unwanted parts, Cut Mode lets you trim them before processing.

- Source waveform zoom, pan, and reset.
