There is a powerful new tool for Godot Engine game developers, called appropriately enough Unreal to Godot Exporter. I covered the authors previous tool Unreal to Unity (available on Unity asset store here) and it was by far the best way to get assets from Unreal Engine to Unity. I spoke with the author and suggested he create such a tool for the Godot game engine and that is exactly what he has done.
This tool makes it almost trivial to get assets from Unreal Engine into Godot and it goes several steps beyond that my created shaders, game ready prefabs, a world environment and even an entire Godot project! This is invaluable for Godot developers, as they currently lack an online store the likes of Unity or Unreal, so this opens them up to a world of content. This includes Epic Games monthly asset giveaways as well as tons of Humble Bundles, such as the currently running Synty, FPS/TPS and Cosmos 3D environments bundles.
